At 4 P.M. on 17th October, 2022, Anqing Foreign Language School’s west campus held a new round of Sunshine Club recruitment lecture in the teaching and research office on the second floor of the school complex building. Two students from each class of Grade 7 and Grade 8 were selected to attend the activity.
At the beginning of the lecture, psychology teacher Lu Fei of the Sunshine Club introduced the basic situation of the club to the students, so that they could have a further understanding of the Sunshine Club; Afterwards, Lu Fei emphasized the basic requirements and job responsibilities of the psychological commissaries, and let the students know the importance of the work of the psychological commissaries. Last but not the least, she shared with the students the common sense of mental health and how to solve the psychological problems of the students.
To put it in a nutshell, this activity made students more aware of the significance of mental health, which not only determined the important position of psychology commissary in class management, but also set the direction for carrying out class psychology work in the future. Furthermore, it’s believed that through our efforts, our school's mental health work will be better and better.
